Connections in Motion Ltd – Client Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings arranged through Connections in Motion Ltd (Company No. 16292521). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Role of Connections in Motion Ltd
1.1 Connections in Motion Ltd acts solely as a booking, administrative and support agent.
1.2 ABM® NeuroMovement® lessons are provided by independent practitioners, not by Connections in Motion Ltd.
1.3 Connections in Motion Ltd does not provide therapeutic, clinical, or medical services.
2. Provision of Lessons
2.1 Each practitioner provides services in their own professional capacity and is the direct provider of lessons.
2.2 Practitioners are responsible for the content, delivery, and professional standard of their services.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1 Fees may include:
• A Practitioner Fee, set by and payable to the practitioner.
• A Booking, Support & Logistics Fee, payable to Connections in Motion Ltd.
3.2 Practitioner fees may be collected by Connections in Motion Ltd as agent only and passed through without markup.
3.3 The Booking, Support & Logistics Fee covers administration, scheduling, practitioner coordination and support services, and does not constitute the provision of therapeutic or clinical services.
4. Responsibility and Liability
4.1 The practitioner is responsible for professional delivery and any duty of care owed to the client.
4.2 Connections in Motion Ltd is not responsible for outcomes, suitability, or delivery of lessons.
5. General
5.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
